The Business Question

Jack Links wanted to develop a long-term category strategy to strengthen their relationship with European retailers. With their portfolio of successful brands, Jack Links was looking for the opportunity to further strengthen its long-term growth with an appropriate category strategy. The objective was to bring a solid development framework for the brands across EMEA.

We provided a well-structured and supported category vision, linked to the identification of the main growth drivers within each category, as well as the activities needed to leverage them.

We helped Jack Links to develop a strong shared category vision and an effective trade story. We supported the identification of the main step changes that could be activated to grow the category, as well as developing brand innovation plans and other initiatives that would help to leverage the identified growth drivers. This culminated in aligning internal stakeholders, improving the category appeal versus retailers.
